Who we are

Eryri Finance is a trading name of Mabon Property Services Cyf, registered in Wales, company number 17366484. We are the data controller for the information you give us. We are not a lender and we do not give financial advice. We introduce property and business finance enquiries to specialist brokers and lenders.

 

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred language, what you need finance for, roughly how much, what best describes you, and anything else you choose to tell us.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about your enquiry and to understand what finance you're looking for.

 

Our legal basis

We pass your details to a specialist broker or lender because you have given us your consent by ticking the box on our form. We contact you about your enquiry because it is in our legitimate interest to respond to a request you have made.

 

Who we share it with

With your permission, we pass your enquiry to a specialist broker or lender who can help with your type of finance. They are responsible for your details once they have them and will explain how they use them. We don't sell your details, and we don't share them with anyone else for their own marketing. Our website and forms are hosted by Wix, and our email is provided by Google. These providers may store data outside the UK, under safeguards approved by UK data protection law.

Marketing emails

If you tick the box to receive them, we'll send you occasional finance tips and news by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. If you don't tick the box, we won't send you marketing emails.

 

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years, then delete them, unless you become a client of a broker we introduced you to, in which case they hold your records.

 

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@eryrifinance.co.uk.
